PURPOSE: To provide a neutron measuring device for a nuclear reactor capable of obtaining high counting efficiency, easily moving neutron detectors in neutron detector guide tubes, and securing the degree of freedom when arranging the neutron detector guide tubes. CONSTITUTION: Neutron moderators 5, 10 are made of zirconium hydride or titanium hydride, and lining is applied to the inner faces of the neutron detector guide tubes 4, 9. Gaps are provided between the neutron moderators 5, 10 in the neutron detector guide tubes 4, 9 and neutron detectors 6, 11.
