摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove the nonlinearity of capacitors by offsetting the contributions of end section elements and corner section elements by pairing squares and rectangles having the same periphery. SOLUTION: The left elements C6 A of differentially paired capacitors have areas of 81λ<2> (where,λis the smallest geometrical shape) and peripheries of 36λand the right elements C6 B of the capacitors have areas of 17λ<2> and peripheries of 36λ. Therefore, the resulting differential combination C6 has an effective area 64λ<2> and periphery of 0λ. The most area saving mode is to use a square capacitor as one capacitor Cn A and a linear capacity Cn B having the minimum width to the other element. The square capacitor having (n+1) units along one side section has an area of (n<2> +2n+1) and a periphery of (4n+4). Therefore, the same periphery as the square capacitor has is obtained by the narrow capacitor Cn B having a one-unit width and (2n+1)-unit length and the formed area is (2n+1). Therefore, equivalent capacitors having a difference in net effective area of n<2> and a difference in contribution from their effective peripheries of zero between them can be formed.
