PURPOSE: To obtain an environment in which a composite electronic device can be most easily operated by providing a flexible supporting arm and placing a large-sized display device in an arbitrary position specified by an operator. CONSTITUTION: The large-sized display device 4 consisting of a large-sized liquid crystal panel is supported by the supporting arm 5 and constituted to be freely movable to a position in the horizontal and vertical directions. Further, the base part of the supporting arm 5 is constituted to project forward from the opening part 8 of an extension part 12 and to be slidable while receiving a load in a sliding member 9. In such a case, the operator can move the large- sized display device 4 along a previously set locus, to obtain the position where operation is easiest, according to the function of the composite electronic device 1 used. Therefore, the supporting arm 5 consists of an L-type arm and an upper supporting arm, to be relatively movable in the rotational and vertical directions. |
