PURPOSE: To mount a ceiling cassette type ventilating fan without severe labor by protruding a holding plate exteriorly of a body including a fan inserted from the inside of a mount frame, placing the holding plate on the mount frame, and tentatively fixing the body. CONSTITUTION: There is provided a concave part 5 formed inwardly in opposite sides of a box-shaped body 4 in the vicinity of a lower portion of the body 4, the body having an opening 1 formed in a lower surface thereof as a suction hole and an exhaust hole 2 formed in a side thereof and including a fan 3 therein. There is further provided a holding plate 7 having a shape with which it freely goes into and out of the concave part 5 and being held with an adjusting screw 6 provided in the concave part 5. The adjusting screw 6 is operated so as for the holding plate 7 to be protruded externally of the body 4 whereby the holding plate 7 is placed on the upper surface of the mount frame 10 and the body is tentatively fixed. Hereby, mounting the fan without the need of severe labor, and reducing a packaging dimension for packaging the body 4. |
