PURPOSE: To miniaturize an apparatus and to execute a marking operation with high accuracy and stably by a method wherein a wheel in a pedestal part is turned and a frame material which is conveyed is supported along its outer circumference. CONSTITUTION: A marking apparatus 1 is provided with a feed part 2 by which a long frame material 10 to be wound on a feeding reel 21 is sent out sequentially, with a pedestal part 3 by which the frame material 10 to be sent out from the feed part 2 and a product 11 are supported and with a marking part 4 which puts a prescribed mark onto the surface of the product 11 supported by the pedestal part 3. The pedestal part 3 which supports especially the frame material 10 and the product 11 uses a turning cradle wheel 31, and the frame material is supported on a curved surface by the outer circumference of the cradle wheel 31. As a result, as compared with a case in which the frame material is supported on a plane, the apparatus can be miniaturized, the frame material 10 can be positioned and conveyed surely, and a marking treatment to an accurate position can be realized. |
