摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce detection time and to save troubles when rapid quality deterioration at every communication network application port occurs by simultaneously detecting a communication quality worst point with measurement. CONSTITUTION: The judging part 31 of a communication quality measuring instrument 21 receives the values of plural-communication quality relation indexes which are measured by a plural-measurement point measuring means 20 at every communication network application port and distributes them by index. The throughput value is converted into the proportion of the throughput in the measurement point by a throughput value converting part 32. The distributed packet loss number is adopted as a packet loss value by a packet loss value converting part 33. Distributed absolute delay is converted into proportion as against the whole delay time by an absolute delay value converting part 34. A max. delay fluctuation value is obtained by a delay fluctuation value converting part 35 from a delay fluctuation between the distributed packets. The communication quality values obtained by the converting parts are replaced in order of worse communication quality by a replacing part 36, the worst values of respective kinds of communication quality are obtained so as to be outputted from and output part 37 so that the worst value is easily detected.</p>
