<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn and vertically move a turntable so as to evenly heat-treat food by providing a lower cam, which is fixed to a motor, and an upper cam to be moved along a surface of the lower cam with the rotation of the motor. SOLUTION: When a motor 9 is driven, a motor shaft 11 is rotated, and a coupling member 13 and a turntable 5 are turned. At this stage, an upper cam 17 is moved along the top surface of a lower cam 15, which is fixed to an upper side of the motor 9, for rotation. A lower surface of the upper cam 17 and an upper surface of the lower cam 15 are respectively formed into the arch-shape, and the upper cam 17 repeats the vertical movement, and the turntable 5 is rotated, moving up and down, through a coupling member 13, which is arranged in the upper part, without generating an inclination. The food provided on the upper part of the turntable 5 is thereby evenly heated.</p> |
