<p>The binder consists of a bar (5) with transverse apertures, the spacing and number of which correspond to holes punched in the sheets to be bound. The bar has a notch in one of its faces, corresponding to the position of each aperture, made to receive the head (12) of a flexible binding ring (15). The binding ring has two ends (13, 16) which are each half the width of an aperture in the bar, and one of them has a locking catch (17) on its end. With one end of a ring fitted to the bar, the other is passed through the holes (4) in the paper sheets (3) and locked into the bar.</p> |
