PURPOSE: To provide an image forming device having a toner recycling mechanism with a simple structure and high reliability and practicality. CONSTITUTION: The recovery toner recovered by a cleaning unit 11 provided on a photoreceptor 2 is conveyed as recovery toner to specified one of multiple developing units 6, 7 provided on the photoreceptor 2. A waste toner conveyance path 15 conveying the recovery toner recovered by the cleaning unit 11 as waste toner to a waste toner container 16 is connected in the middle of a recycle toner conveyance path connecting the cleaning unit 11 and the developing unit 6. The conveyance path of the recovery toner is switched by a toner conveyance path switching means 13 arranged at the connection section of the recycle toner conveyance path and the waste toner conveyance path 15 so that the recovery toner is guided to the specified developing unit 6 side or the waste toner container 16 side. |
