PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic actuator capable of preventing the scattering of abraded powder due to the sliding of a sliding member. CONSTITUTION: In an ultrasonic actuator having a plurality of sliding members 14 and 15 which come into contact with each other and give a rotating motion to one of the sliding members 15, a cavity portion 16 is provided in a part of the sliding member together with means for guiding abraded powder to this cavity portion 16. |
