PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a spacer with groove, of which groove has a stabilized dimension, by inserting a spiral correcting member into each groove till the groove is sufficiently cooled after extruding a spacer. SOLUTION: A strengthening member 10 is drawn from an unwinding reel 30, and a plastic material layer 11 is extruded onto the strengthening member 10 by an extruder 18. The plastic material layer 11 is passed through an extruder die 19 so as to form grooves in the plastic material layer 11. This spacer with groove is passed through a cooling at 33 holding a cooling material 34, and wound up by a winding reel 31. In this case, at least a part of spiral correcting members 14, 16 of a correcting device having a fitting member, which is connected to the die 19, is inserted into the groove formed in the plastic material layer 11, and dimensional stability of the groove is maintained during the cooling following the extrusion of the plastic material layer 11. A device, which can maintain the stability between the die 19 of the extruder 18 and the cooling at 33 and grooves while within the cooling at 33, can be obtained. |
