PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated optical disk having excellent heat resistance in which enough adhesion strength can be obtd. by laminating a pair of disks with a radiation-curing adhesive layer applied except for at least the peripheral part of the disk and firmly adhering the peripheral part with a UV-curing resin. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting film 2 is formed on a recording area of a substrate 1, then a UV-curing resin protective film 3 is applied all over the surface of the substrate 1, and further a radiation-curing adhesive layer 4 is formed on the recording area to obtain a pair of disks. Then the adhesive layer 4 is irradiated with radiation to develop the adhesion property. A UV-curing resin 5 is applied in an annular area on the protective film 3 where no adhesive layer 4 is formed on the one disk. After the pair of disks are laminated and pressed to be adhered with the adhesive layer 4, the resin squeezed from the disk end face is cured by irradiation of UV rays. Thereby, the obtd. laminated optical disk has excellent heat resistance and enough adhesion strength. |
