RADIATION-CURABLE COMPOSITION FOR PRODUCING DRY FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To produce a dry film with a radiation-curable compsn. layer having high uniformity in thickness and high releasability from the substrate and excellent in transferability by using a specified copolymer as a polymer binder. CONSTITUTION: This radiation-curable compsn. contains a polymer binder, a multifunctional monomer, an optical radical generating agent and a colorant. The polymer binder is a copolymer of monomers including at least a monomer having an acid group and a macromonomer. The acid group is e.g. a carboxyl group or a sulfonic acid group. The monomer having the acid group is e.g. acrylic acid or methacrylic acid and the macromonomer is e.g. polystyrene having an acryloyl group at one terminal.
