<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the driving circuit, which can suppress dissipation power by decreasing the total amount of charge, and alleviating the pump capacitance of a boosting voltage. SOLUTION: A charging signalϕC becomes logical low at the time of transition of input signalsϕK1-ϕK16. A node A is charged into a power supply voltage VCC by an inverter G1 following the signalϕC. As a result, output nodes N1-N16 are pre-charged into VCC before the output. When output signals S1-S16 are outputted after the pre-charging, the compensation for the difference between the boosting voltage VPP and the VCC is only required. Therefore, the pump capacitance of the boosting voltage is alleviated.</p> |
