PURPOSE: To increase the amount of storage heat and improve heat insulation performance by heating a heat storage member to high temperature with a high temperature combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: This heater is provided with a burner 12, a combustion cylinder 13 disposed to surround a combustion part of the burner, a convection fan 15 for feeding warm air into a room, a heat storage member 19 disposed on the backstream side in the combustion cylinder 13, and a heat insulation member 20 provided on the upper part of the heat insulation member 19. Since the heat storage member 19 is heated to a high temperature with combusted high temperature gas, the amount of heat storage is increased and heat is insulated with the heat insulation member 20 on the upper part of the heat storage member so that a heat radiation operation can be effected after a while the interruption of the combustion operation. |
