PURPOSE: To prevent a steep rise of the cost even in the case of a construction wherein a recovery control is conducted for a plurality of loads, by constructing a circuit of a logical operation circuit and a plurality of switch means. CONSTITUTION: In response to a power failure detection signal from a relay (detecting means) 11 for detecting a power failure, a logical operation circuit 21 stops transfer of input data showing a state of operation of a motor (load) 11 to a data storage circuit 23 on the basis of a program for stopping the data transfer. Thereby the data showing the state of operation of the motor (load) 11 at the time point just before the occurrence of the power failure are stored in the data storage circuit 23. When a power recovery is recognized, the logical operation circuit 21 reads out the stored data showing the state of operation of the load before detection of the power failure from the data storage circuit 23 on the basis of a program for controlling the power recovery and outputs a signal for recovering the state before the occurrence of the power failure, on the basis of the stored data, to an operating device 12 controlling the pertinent motor (load) 11. |
