<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly increase the flow of hot air, improve a cooking performance and carry out a uniform cooking by disharging air via a circulating fan to a heater in a cooking chamber through a discharge port formed on the wall of the cooking chamber. SOLUTION: An inlet port 121 is formed on the lower end part of a rear face plate 12 and discharge ports 122 are formed on the upper end part. The inlet port 121 is spaced by a prescribed distance from the discharge ports 122 so that inlet and discharge air are not mixed with each other. The inlet port 121 is arranged in the shape of a semi-circular arc corresponding to the shape of the lower part of a duct 50, so that air passing through the inlet port 121 is smoothly dishcarged from the discharge ports 122. The discharge ports 122 have lengths respectively corresponding to the right and left lengths of electric heaters 101 go that the discharged air is properly distributed rightward and leftward in a cooking chamber 100. As a circulating fan 61 opposed to the inlet port 121 rotates, while the inlet air from the inlet port 121 is elevated upward, it is gradually distributed, discharged and distributed through the discharge ports 122, so that heat generated from the electric heaters 101 is distributed.</p> |
