摘要 PURPOSE: To more easily discriminate a specimen by making the coloring of gold colloid very distinctive, especially, making the difference between the negative and positive distinguishable about a specimen near the detecting limit concentration by adding a metallic salt to a reaction solution during the course of an immunological gold colloid measuring method. CONSTITUTION: In a method for detecting an object to be inspected by using an immunological gold colloid measuring method, a metallic salt selected from among a group composed of sodium fluoride, potassium fluoride, and lithium fluoride, thorium iodide, potassium iodide, lithium iodide, and magnesium iodide, sodium bromide, potassium bromide, lithium bromide, and magnesium bromide, lithium chloride and magnesium chloride, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, lithium nitrate, and magnesium nitrate, sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, lithium sulfate, and magnesium sulfate, sodium xanthate, potassium xanthate, lithium xanthate, and magnesium xanthate, sodium acetate, potassium acetate, lithium acetate, and magnesium acetate and mixtures of two or more kinds of these compounds is dissolved in an immunological reaction system and made to exist in the system.
