A porous ceramic material is produced by mixing and calcinating ceramic sources with pulp slop as binding agent; waste pulp, waste synthetic resin or waste rubber as pore medium; and sodium silicate as strength enhancer. Said ceramic sources comprise at least one of heavy components consisting of kaoline, agalmatolite, clay and alumina, and at least one of light components consisting of diatom, coal ash and zeolite. The ceramic material shows excellent heat insulation, fire proof, light-weight, and acoustic absorption ability.
|
