CONTROL METHOD FOR STEREOSCOPIC PICTURE

PURPOSE: To provide a control method for a stereoscopic picture capable of surely making a control signal incident on spectacles for stereoscopic observation and appreciating the stereoscopic picture by an observer satisfactorily. CONSTITUTION: A light signal 5 emitted from the infrared ray emitting part 15 of a projector 1 and in accordance with the display states of a picture for right eye and a picture for left eye is reflected on a screen 2, and made incident on liquid crystal shutter spectacles 3. The opening/closing of the liquid crystal shutters 34L, 34R of the liquid crystal shutter spectacles 3 in accordance with right and left eyes is controlled.
