PURPOSE: To obtain consistency between an indication document and history by generating a related progress schedule among departments and among processes by using the latest database which is inputted at the respective departments. CONSTITUTION: In the database part 40 of a server, an altered data storage part 43 is provided in addition to an external data storage part 41 which stores design information data from a design department, etc., and an internal data storage part 42 which stores order reception information data from a business department, production technology information data from a production technology department, manufacture process data from a production department, etc. Further, this server is provided with an alteration management part 61 which has an alteration managing function 61, a version managing function 62, and an acknowledgement managing function 63. Then alternation information data which are inputted from the respective departments and stored at any time are collated with initial data which are inputted and stored at the respective departments and modified related content information data are taken out to generate and store a modified database. Further, the latest databases which are inputted at the respective departments among the modified databases of the same version are used to generate the related progress schedule among the departments and among the processes. |
