PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain only detailed information that a user requires. CONSTITUTION: An information supply system supplies information from a center-side to a terminal-side through a communication line. Outline information and detailed information are separately transmitted from the center-side, and outline information transmitted from the center-side is obtained and recorded in an information accumulation device 22 on the terminal TE-side. Detailed information to be obtained can be designated by the operation device 25 of a keyboard or the like from outline information recorded in the information accumulation device 22. When detailed information designated by the operation device 25 is transmitted from the center-side, the terminal TE obtains the detailed information, which is recorded in the information storage device 22. |
