<p>PURPOSE: To provide an analog/digital(A/D) converter with which a scan mode can be forcedly stopped without through the interruption program of a CPU and a scan mode operation can be started again according to initially set operating conditions. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with an A/D converting operation control circuit 41 for temporarily stopping an A/D converting operation when a TRG (trigger) signal 45 is received and for restarting the A/D converting operation later by resetting the initially set operating conditions. Thus, load on the CPU can be reduced.</p> |
