<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the selector switch circuit warranting the isolation between voltage supply circuits selectively supplying voltages with different polarities. SOLUTION: This selector switch circuit is provided with an input terminal 2 receiving a positive voltage HVP, an input terminal 3 receiving a negative voltage HVN, a control input terminal 5 receiving a control logic signal CS1, an output terminal 4 providing an output voltage OUT, and control means (11, 13, 14, 15, 16) to generate control voltage signals CS1B, HVNC as a function of a control logic signal CS1. The 1st and 2nd input terminals 2, 3 are connected to the output terminal 4 via 1st and 2nd transistors(TRs) 9, 10. Then the output terminal 4 is connected selectively to either of the 1st and 2nd input terminals 2, 3 by applying the control voltage signals CS1B, HVNC from the control means to control gates of the 1st and 2nd TRs 9, 10.</p> |
