<p>PURPOSE: To provide an image forming method in which a static charge image holding body, a charge imparting member and a developing roller are not deteriorated while satisfying high image-quality stability in developing, toner fixing performance, anti-offsetting performance, and preservability. CONSTITUTION: In the case of developing, a developing device in which the toner on the developing roller 9 having the toner adhering on its surface and carrying the toner, is brought into contact with an electrostatic charge latent image holding body 1 provided to face oppositely is used, the weight average particle size of the toner is <=13.5μm, the content of >=12.7μm in particle distribution is <=50 weight %, binding resin constituting the toner has at least two maximal values on a GPC chart, the Mw of the binding resin is in the range of 15,000 to 300,000, the value of Mw/Mn is 35 to 65, M1 is in the range of 5 to 30, softening point temperature is 145 to 165 deg.C, the JIS acid value of the binding resin is in the range of 1 to 20.</p> |
