FIELD: granulation of materials. SUBSTANCE: device has rotating tapered body 1 with perforated side wall, feeder pipe connection 3 with distributing grate 4 fastened on its outlet, sleeve 5 stationary installed in body 1 coaxially with clearance and having through slots 6 in side surface, circular lateral partitions 7 fastened on sleeve 5 which device body 1 and sleeve 5 into sections. Diameter of these partition is reducing from top downwards. Device is reliable in operation and yields product of uniform granulometric composition because body 1 is provided with circular partitions 8 stationary fixed on its inner surface, each of them is located at clearance opposite to corresponding circular partition 7 fastened on sleeve 5, and embraces circular partition 7 over perimeter.
