PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of corrosion and damage to a battery cell and an electronic equipment due to the infiltration of water into a battery. SOLUTION: An area 8 of a water-proof case 4 for housing a battery cell inside thereof is formed with holes 1 as ventilation holes. A water-proof device 9, which is formed of a water-proof sheet for covering the plural holes 1 and having the ventilating performance and an adhesive sheet for sandwiching the water-proof sheet, is fitted in the area 8. The gas generated inside a battery 3 is discharged to the outside through the holes 1 and the water-proof sheet having holes 13 and the ventilating ability, but the infiltration of the water is hindered by the water-proof sheet of the water-proof device 9.
