PURPOSE: To manufacture a new device, generating phonton expediting chemical and physical reactions, by various shapes by a method wherein the frame body of a burner is treated through baking to sublimate a base and an outside fiber layer and integrate them. CONSTITUTION: Figures show an embodiment, in which a light arresting means, such as an optical pipe 160, and a target 170, such as a photo cell, are incorporated into a porous ceramic burner 100. The burner 100 is constituted of a fiber layer 132, a burner frame body and fuel-oxidizing agent series. Further, an emissive coating, consisting of a super emissive substance which emits the radioactive energy of a proper wave length when it is heated to a temperature higher than a critical temperature, is included. In this case, fiber mixture or slurry, which serves as a base layer, is arranged at one side of the burner frame body of the porous ceramic burner. Vacuum is applied on the burner frame body, opposed to the base layer, to adsorb fibers of the base layer into the frame body to form a fiber layer, then, the outside fiber layer is dried and sublimated to manufacture the ceramic burner. |
