PARKING LOT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR THIS SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To manage a parking lot based on the automobile number and the parking ticket number which are photographed and recognized and to perform the adjustment or discount processing during the time from the entrance to the leaving of the automobile. CONSTITUTION: Automobile number photographing means 9 and 15 and automobile number recognition means 8 and 14 are provided at the entrance/exit of the parking lot and are controlled by a central processing unit 16. The halfway adjustment or discount processing is performed based on the parking ticket and a receipt by a halfway adjustment means 10, and the result is registered in the central processing unit 16, and the final automatic adjustment is performed at the exist of the parking lot only when necessary. Thus, automobile entrance/leaving operations, especially, the leaving operation is quickly performed.
