PURPOSE: To easily confirm a free rider by specifying the free rider based on position data of users received by a position data reception means to display him on a display means at the time when a free rider detection data reception means has received free rider detection data. CONSTITUTION: A human being detector which detects user positions in a ticket examination passage A by sensors consisting of photoelectric elements or the like is provided between adjacent automatic ticket examination machines G1 and G2 , and a monitor device 10 is handy for a clerk to carry, and a display picture, a switch to turn on/off the power source of the monitor device, and a reset button to stop a sounding buzzer are provided on the front of the monitor device 10. If a user Y in the ticket examination passage A is identified as a free rider by the automatic ticket examination machine G1 during the display of the display picture, information indicating that the user Y is a free rider is sent to the monitor device 10 besides position information of the user Y. Thus, a user mark corresponding to the user Y is flickered on the monitor device 10, and the buzzer is sounded. |
