PURPOSE: To provide the network supervisory method by which the system is easily built up and illicit use of the user terminal is detected accurately and to provide its system. CONSTITUTION: When a user terminal equipment 6A generates a call request or a position registration request, an illicit use detector 12 sends a call signal to the user terminal from an area where the user terminal using a logic communication number corresponding to the user terminal equipment 6A makes position registration finally and when the user terminal equipment 6 replaying a call signal is in existence, warning generators 32-1, 32-2 send warning to both the user terminal equipments 6, 6A to report the presence of illicit use to any valid user terminal equipment.
