PURPOSE: To prevent the direct short-circuit between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and prevent the extension of the internal short-circuit. CONSTITUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery has a positive electrode 2 and a negative electrode 3 which are laminated through a separator 8. A heat resisting and heat insulating film 20 having a communicating hole which is formed by frame-spraying a powder such as metal oxide, metal carbide, or metal nitride is formed on at least one of the opposed surfaces of the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 3. |
