PURPOSE: To allow 1st and 2nd public base stations to provide an output of a signal in the same timing by measuring a delay time between both the base stations. CONSTITUTION: A delay time from a 1st public base station 10 via a 2nd public base station 20 through loopback is measured, a correction value is calculated based on the measured delay time, a delay circuit 2 controls an output timing outputted from the 1st public base station 10 so as to be delayed by 1/2 of the delay time from a reference frequency based on the calculated correction value, then the control signals outputted from the 1st public base station 10 and the 2nd public base station 20 are outputted in the same timing automatically. |
