PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level sensor with a simple structure which eliminates the need for access into a container to improve maintenance workability. SOLUTION: An acoustic energy reflector 14 is formed in a container 2 with a small clearance from a side wall 8. A transmitting/receiving means 20 of acoustic energy is provided on the external surface of the side wall 8 of the container 2 corresponding to the reflector 14. The reflector 14 is formed integral with the container 2 or separately from it. |
