PURPOSE: To accurately regulate the temperature of a chamber to be regulated without particularly providing a heating coil, to increase the defrosting time- interval and to reduce in size and cost. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger 24 has a cooling pipe 41 disposed in a regulating chamber 22, fins thermally coupled to the pipe 41 and an electric heating pipe 42 thermally coupled to the fins. A cooling part 26 cools the pipe 41. A blower 23 introduces the air in a room to be regulated from an inlet 32 into the chamber 22 and supplies the air regulated in the regulating chamber into the room to be regulated. A controller 29 so controls the part 26 and the pipe 42 that the temperature of the chamber to be regulated becomes the desired temperature. The controller 29 so controls a humidifier 25 that the humidity in the room to be regulated becomes the desired humidity. |
