PURPOSE: To enhance cooking performance by executing temperature control by a control temperature in response to the output of an inverter, which is set by a console panel, properly restraining the maximum temperature of loading, and also optimizing adjustment for loading temperatures. CONSTITUTION: The higher the output of an inverter 13 is, which is set by a console panel, the lower control temperature a memory circuit 19 stores. When the temperature detected by the thermister 18a of a temperature detecting means 18 exceeds a control temperature, a temperature control means 26 suspends the output of the thermister 13 or makes it low, and when the temperature detected is less than the control temperature, the aforesaid means makes the output of the inverter 13 high. By this constitution, if the detected temperature exceeds the control temperature, heating is thereby suspended, even if the output is high, and the maximum temperature of loading 16 can thereby be restrained. In addition, the stable temperature of loading 16 can be made high by making a set output low, cooking performance for frying foods can thereby be enhanced. |
