A driven endless conveyor belt (1), e.g. for pieces of dough (15), is guided over displaceable deflection rollers (2, 3) and over fixed deflection rollers (4, 5, 6, 7). The displaceable deflection rollers (2, 3) are secured on driven endless chains (8). In this manner, it is possible to displace the discharge end (2) of the conveyor belt stepwise, so that the pieces of dough (15) can be consecutively deposited at equal intervals on a substrate (16). The stepping length of the discharge end (2) of the conveyor belt (1) is controlled by a time switch (18) which is influenced by a light barrier (17) actuated by the pieces of dough. This permits simple adjustment of the stepping length at the discharge end. <IMAGE> |
