PURPOSE: To retrieve data including sensitivity by retrieving sensitivity data related to evaluation inputted to an evaluation input means from sensitivity data stored in a sensitivity data base. CONSTITUTION: The sensitivity data base 2 stores sets of evaluator identifiers, evaluation points, and data. An inter-evaluator difference data storage part 3 stores inter-evaluator difference data showing ways of giving different evaluation points by evaluators. An output part 5 displays a retrieval result. An evaluation point correcting process part 5 receives evaluation points inputted by a user through an evaluation point input part 1 and corrects the evaluation points inputted from the evaluation point input part 1 on the basis of both the received points and the evaluator difference data stored in the inter-evaluator difference data storage part 3. Further, a retrieval condition generating process 6 generates data base retrieval conditions on the basis of the corrected evaluation points. Further, a retrieving process part 7 performs retrieval from the sensitivity data base 2 under the generated retrieval conditions and outputs the result to an output part 4.
