FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport; automobile stepless transmission. SUBSTANCE: variable-speed drive is made to planetary diagram with turnable levers with bevel disks secured on carrier and flanged disks on epicycle and central wheel, with fixing of bevel disks on axles without torque transmission which makes it possible to decrease diameter of axle and provides for transmission of torque by flanged disks which are installed also for axial displacement. Variable rigidity flanged disks are used, rigidity increasing from points of contact with bevel disks to points of contact with thrust tightening members. Tightening device can be of spring type (for low-power and simple mechanisms) or can be made in form of automatic tension adjuster consisting of non-self-braking screw pairs with opposite hands of helix on adjacent disks. Automatic tension adjuster can be made with bases synchronously moving in opposite directions and carrying thrust members for all right and left (relative to bevel) flanged disks. These movements are provided by levers with rollers and axial cams on epicycle and central wheel. Any of three links of variable speed drive planetary system can be driving or driven, with third link being braked at working stroke and released at idle stroke. EFFECT: simplified design, enlarged range of application, reduced efforts of automatic tension adjuster, increased efficiency. 7 cl, 4 dwg |
