The second screw clamp part (3) designed as a tool holder has a cutting tool (14) held movable and/or rotatable in an axial parallel direction to the cutting tool (7) of the first screw clamp type part (2). The cutting tool (14) penetrates the abutment (20) of the second screw clamp type part (3) and projects in the cable seat, for cutting in and/or the removal of the outer layer or layers of the electric cable plastic casing.
