The bearing frame includes two force application plates, arranged in a distance w.r.t. each other, between which a load cell is placed. Each force application plate includes connecting elements, which are connected with each other in such way, that a relative movement of both force application plates is limited in all directions. A rectangular frame thigh (8,9) is arranged respectively at an edge (6,7) of each force application plate (3,4) at opposite sides of the bearing frame. Support tongues (10,11) are formed at each force application plate, which protrude through a respective extrusion (12,13) in the opposite force application plate. Support shoulders (22) are formed on one force application plate, which engages with projections (16) so that the force application plates cannot be lifted completely from each other.
