PURPOSE: To obtain a molded electric apparatus in which highly accurate protective operation can be realized through a thermal protector by enhancing workability of assembling work. CONSTITUTION: The molded electric apparatus is provided with a thermal protector S comprising a bimetal contact encased in a tubular bottomed resin case. The thermal protector S is molded integrally while abutting the resin case against a coil 3 and the molding material touches the surface of resin case tightly.
