The electrical power generated is harnessed in known manner and used further. The ship propeller system is adjusted and optimised depending on the flow relationships. The drive of the underwater turbines and/or the ship propeller system is remotely monitored or controlled. One or more underwater turbines (1) are coupled with ship propeller systems (2), and are arranged in the effective range of natural sea flows. The underwater turbines are arranged in an underwater body (5). The underwater body with the ship propeller system is anchored at the sea bed, and the operating depth is adjusted across a lifting system (6).
