A device for electrically connecting a motor-fan unit mounted on the body of a heat exchanger. The connecting device (46) includes an elongate bar (48) that may be placed flat along the large side (32) of the exchanger body (12) and consists of an insulating core in which at least two electrical conductors are embedded, a first plug connector (54) arranged at one end of the bar for connection to a plug connector (56) of the electric motor (28) of the motor-fan unit, and a second plug connector (58) arranged at the other end of the bar for connection to a plug connector (60) of an electrical control circuit (C). The device may be used in motor vehicles.
