Ventilation channels (2) in the sole (1) of the shoe are linked with an outlet throttle valve and an inlet valve. The latter is a compression valve (9) that is closed by the compressive load application of the elastic sole and is positioned below a foot support (13) or the heel. The valve has an elastically deformable closing channel (10) that runs horizontally in the sole and is shut by a body (12). This is above or below the channel and compresses it. Some material protrudes from the sole surface above the inlet valve and transmits the actuating pressure of the foot support or the foot itself.
