The waterproofing agents using waste syrofoam are prepared by; a) dissolving 30% waste styrofoam in toluene, b) adding,mixing 2 wt% ethanolamine surfactant and 8 wt% water to 90 wt% solution thereof,mixing and emulsifying, c) adding 10 wt% styrene butadiene rubber latex and 40 wt% water to 50 wt% emulsion thereof,mixing and manufacturing styrofoam emulsion, d) dissolving 20 wt% stearic acid in 5~8 wt% triethanolamine at 70~80deg.C, e) adding 60 wt% water to make soap salts, e) adding 1~2 wt% NaOH to become gel state, and f) adding 10 wt% styrofoam emulsion to manufacturing waterproofing agents.
