The surfactant used is not related with ion, and anionic surfactant is used to be scoured. Discriminating the condition of refining by the temperature and the quantity of alkali used, pollutants sticked are eliminated. The optimum condition is 110-120 degre C for 10-15 minutes, under non-alkali additive condition. In case alkali is added, in the temperature of 110 degree C longer than 10 minutes treatment causes higher alkali reaction, expedited de-acetified effect and dropped durability(1-2steps), at the temperature lower than 100 degree C, complete removal of pollutant is impossible, de-acetification progresses, dropping the durability(1-2steps). So, preferably alkali should be excluded in the process.
