Process for preparing a tape having a good adhesivity, heat resistance, cohesive and repeel properties is described. Thus, a polymer having a free transition temperature of -70 to -30 deg. C is deluted with an adhesive having a toluene diisocyanate compound, coated on a polyester film and dried. The polymer consists i)90-98 wt.% of ethylene unsaturated monomer, ii)1-5 wt.% of ethylene unsaturated monomer having a long chain with above 16 carbon, iii)1-5 wt.% of mono ethylene unsaturated monomer having a hydroxyl group.
