The neck (7) is mounted so that it can rotate in a screw body (5) and contains a square pin (10). A coupling (2) enclosing the neck has a radial extension (11) for cooperating with a locking pin (23). A handle bushing (4) pressed into the handle encloses the neck and coupling. The handle bushing encloses the coupling by gear teeth on the entire inner periphery of the bushing, and matching gear teeth on the entire outer periphery of the coupling. The locking arrangement joined to the screw body comprises a toothed recess (8) between 2 and 4 mm deep.
