The invention concerns an enzyme, selected from the group comprising penicillin G amidase (E.C. 3.5.1.11), glutaryl-7-ACA acylase and d-aminoacid oxidase (E.C. 1.4.3.3), which is fixed by covalent bonding to a substrate made of an amino-substituted organosiloxane polymer. The invention also concerns use of the enzymes being immobilised on a carrier during a corresponding enzymatic reaction, wherein the reaction temperature ranges between 4 DEG C to 30 DEG C and the reaction is carried out in the presence of an organic solvent.
